Probiotics for Depression?

Did you know that by improving digestive health, often times brain health also improves? It's because the body is a WHOLE, and our organs are connected. Here's just one more research study proving this gut-brain connection, where a probiotic (a fancy word for beneficial bacteria) was given to individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and depression. Guess what happened? Depression scores IMPROVED! Thus improving quality of life (my ultimate goal for all of my clients!)
