Some people think it's gross, I know. But when it comes to digestive health, talking about our bowel movements becomes a necessity. Our stool can give us some great information about the health of our intestines, so paying attention to our stool is important when working on getting rid of pesky digestive issues, like the gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation I commonly see in my practice.
