MARCIE VASKE, MS, LN, CNS
Marcie graduated with her Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, completed her undergraduate degree in community health and athletic training, and has been working in the Functional Medicine world for over a decade.
After a 10-year struggle with anorexia, lifelong chronic and complex digestive issues, infertility, and the birth of her twins, Marcie realized that throughout her experiences, nutrition was her saving grace, and she knew she needed to share what she whole-heartedly believed in to help change the lives of others.
Over the course of her career, Marcie has worked with a variety of clients, and her clinical experience spans a myriad of conditions and diseases. Her passion lies in gut health, disordered eating, thyroid health, and female hormones.
Marcie is a firm believer in educating her clients to make dietary changes that can help them lead the life they desire. She has learned through her own journey, that nutrition has the power to heal, and she uses her own experiences and deep understanding of nutrition to empower her clients to walk their own journey of making changes that are sustainable and maintainable.
Every step, big or small, makes a difference.
Outside of helping to guide her clients back to health, Marcie enjoys watching her twins compete in sports, being creative in the kitchen, and decorating her home. She also loves running, weightlifting, and spending days at the lake or winter evenings all snuggled in with her favorite people.
KATIE KREJCI, MS, RD, IFNCP
Katie graduated with her Master's Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, and pursued continuing education in functional medicine from the Integrative And Functional Nutrition Academy.
Katie started her career specializing in gastrointestinal acute care at large metro hospitals, where she supported clients after a variety of gut surgeries from colectomies to Whipple procedures to gallbladder removals and more. She also specialized in IV nutrition. These experiences provide her with an excellent foundation to the work she now does as a functional nutrition dietitian.
After an experience working through her own gut issues, Katie decided she wanted to transition her career to help others struggling with chronic gut issues, and she wanted to help more upstream to the gut issues she was seeing at the hospitals.
Katie is passionate about helping individuals truly reclaim their health, and reverse chronic issues, all while in the comfort of their own home. She has helped clients tackle everything from diabetes, constipation, and weight loss, to anxiety, acid reflux, and insomnia.
Her favorite types of clients are those struggling with gut issues, because she has seen how life changing it is for her clients, once they no longer have to struggle with daily to weekly gut issues.
Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys cooking, sewing, snuggling with her dogs, spending time in nature, and being active (backpacking, snowboarding, canoeing, cross-country skiing, you name it!)

ASHLEY OSWALD, RDN, IFNCP, CNSC, CLT, LD
Ashley graduated from her dietetic internship at Boston Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital, and pursued continuing education in functional medicine from the Integrative And Functional Nutrition Academy.
In 2016, after working as a dietitian in a variety of settings from Intensive Care Units, to specializing in IV nutrition in California, and eventually landing at a MD-ran private practice in California, a personal change pushed her to move back to Minnesota, where she decided to start Oswald Digestive Clinic.
She had a unique vision for the clinic, though. She wanted to fill the gaps in the healthcare system... and do it better. At the start, Ashley saw her clients via home visit. Eventually, she got too busy to be making the trips, so she transitioned to telemedicine, at a time before telemedicine was popular. Then, she decided to purchase an electronic health record that provided an easy app for clients to use. No more having to tediously track meals eaten, because now her clients could simply take a photo using the app!
Fast forward to today, and we now take insurance (due to COVID, insurances started to cover telemedicine!), meaning our clinic is more accessible, allowing our team to grow and help more people improve their gut health using a root cause approach! We are so grateful for all of our clients who choose our clinic to work with, and all of you who refer to us.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley can often be found in nature, traveling or exploring her surroundings, and studying a variety of topics from learning languages like Farsi to Quantum Physics.
Ashley is not taking clients at this time.
