How Kate Got Rid Of Her Insomnia

I would just lay in bed wide awake, and I just could not get tired. It was the weirdest thing.ย

And so I obviously really struggled in school at that point.โ€ย

Could you imagine going DAYS without sleep, despite trying everything you could think of TO sleep?ย

Well, that was the reality for Kate. Sleep struggles that seemed to come out of nowhere! ย

The good news?ย

Together, we figured out the root cause of Kateโ€™s insomnia, fixed that, and now she is once again sleeping well!ย
