How Kate Got Rid Of Her Insomnia
“𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐈 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫.
I would just lay in bed wide awake, and I just could not get tired. It was the weirdest thing.
And so I obviously really struggled in school at that point.”

Well, that was the reality for Kate. Sleep struggles that seemed to come out of nowhere!

Together, we figured out the root cause of Kate’s insomnia, fixed that, and now she is once again sleeping well!
