What Causes GREY HAIR at a Young Age?
A couple years ago I had my first GREY HAIR! 😱
Honestly, if you know me, you probably have guessed that I didn’t go running to the dye section of Target nor did I book a hair appointment 🤷♀️
I actually don’t think I even plucked it right away.
It didn’t bother me, BUT, I did wonder why I had a grey hair 🤔
Does it run in my family to premature grey?
Or is this a sign that I need to de-stress? 🧘♀️
OR, is this a sign of a nutrition deficiency?
Maybe too much oxidative stress, and maybe I should change the foods I eat to help?
There is truth to all of these things, and in this video, I break it down for you so that you know what you can do to prevent premature greying! 👌🏼
Why would you want to prevent premature greying?
Not for vanity reasons (although I know that’s often #1), but I think it’s important because sometimes, our body gives us signs that something is off.
Like the canary in the coal mine.
And it’s wise to listen to those signs, so that you can course correct and make sure you can stay healthy and happy as long as possible! ✅
It’s not the years that matter, but the quality of those years, right? And I personally want to be driving a scooter around Bali and practicing yoga at the ripe age of 100! (Well, maybe 90, let’s see how the world is looking at that point 😂)
Please forward this email to any of your premature greying friends, too! 🙏
